AFRICAN SUN MINING (Pty) Ltd is committed to preserve the environment in which we operate and undertake:
- To manage the natural and work environment in a responsible manner.
- To reduce non-renewable resources consumption to a minimum.
- To comply with all applicable legislation, regulations and standards. We will also collaborate with the authorities and with other companies to develop standards and practical guidelines aimed at protecting natural resources, and the environment.
- To apply the principle of “best available technology at reasonable cost” and keep abreast of new technology and to develop new technology. To provide appropriate environmental training.
